   I was waiting in a queue for the big changing room and it was busy at the moment and the staff there told me to wait as soon as the changing room was free she will let me know I was waiting there with my baby and she just let other people go before me and what did I get just I am sorry of course being not english she didn’t care at all .Terrible I felt terrible for first time ever .

   Some good sale items in the men's section today. Relaxing shopping experience, much better than the city centre one. Some of the items can be a bit pricey for what they are, shame the upstairs changing rooms are inaccessible, this makes it inconvenient to try on clothes.

   Ordered click and collect. Went to Norwich Riverside store after work to collect. Needed proof of ID despite having all correspondence relating to my order. I don't walk around with anything. Thankfully had a picture of ID on my phone. Overkill in my view. Asked where changing rooms were 'oh they are closed 30 minutes before the store closes for cleaning'. Good grief. "Can you make an exception, I don't want to have to come back if it doesn't fit." Note, the store is not busy. "I'll have to ask the manager". ...wait... "The manager says they won't make an exception". Wow. How much mess will one woman make? And they wonder why the highstreet is failing. One refund for me then please. What a complete waste of time. Won't be shopping there again.

   I had a wonderful sales assistant or manager help me today in store. She had highlighted blonde bobbed hair, mid 30s early 40s?. She helped me no end. Was shopping for my daughter. Excellent service. Thank you, you were incredible......

   Wonderful shopping experience, lots of coordinating pieces which were reasonably priced and looked well made. Served by Abbie, a manager in the making. She was so lovely , helped me to open a store account using their app, patient and kind. Always thought of this store being for the youngsters but saw several ladies of my age in there. (in my 60s).

   I like the clothing from the store just think the management are appalling. I bought an item and had the tag left on so had to drive 20 miles in to get this removed to get ‘oh sorry it’s human error’. I suggest you up skills your senior staff on how to deal with customer complaints

   Tried a few h&m stores for the item I wanted for the Mrs and this was the only one with stock so all in all everything was good not a place I shop in myself hence the 4 and not 5 stars all in all can't fault the place

   The clothes are good, but the manager has very poor customer service skills. I had an issue and when speaking to the manager she was immediately hostile, rude and aggressive. Lacking human decency, empathy etc. Not what you want from someone in customer service. The rest of the staff are really nice and helpful though.
