Fantastic service at Kolaine's Beauty. A very warm welcome when I arrived. I had a skin tag removed from just below my eye & Amy was amazing. She made me feel at ease & reassured me during the treatment. I am so pleased with the result & would definitely make other beauty appointments.
First visit today. We were made very welcome. Kolaine is very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the procedure very well. She also managed to treat my husband after my session. We definitely recommend. Met other members of staff and they too are very friendly and welcoming. We both will be happily returning for follow up appointments.
Kolaine was so welcoming and kind, she talked me through the process and assured me on any questions i had. I had laser skin tag removal and it looks great! It was super quick and Kolaine was so attentive and communicative with me throughout the removal to make sure that i was comfortable. 100% recommend !
Absolutely amazing from start to finish. I actually cannot find enough words to express my thankfulness for the results of my treatment. From the very first contact to the end result my experience has been way above any expectations that I may have preconceived. I had a Xanthoma on my eyelid that had caused me great self consciousness and embarrassment for many years and my self esteem was at an all time low. Now thanks to Kolaine those feelings are now lessened . On my very first visit the client that was treated before me advised that they were “miracle workers” and she wasn’t wrong!!! I would thoroughly recommend this business and will be more than happy to visit again in the future should the need arise.
Fabulous treatment, enjoyed every second of my spa facial…I can still feel the difference it’s made to my skin three days later. Nice setting, friendly & knowledgeable therapist who is obviously very proud of what she & her staff do (& rightly so!). Would very much recommend.
Just had a blemish removal appointment with Amy and as always a really friendly, professional and thorough treatment. All therapists make you feel extremely comfortable and genuinely want you to be happy with the results. I have recommended Kolaine’s to a number of friends as they offer such an extensive range of treatments and they have been really pleased with the results too.
I go to Amy every 6 months or so to have my age/dark spots removed, she just gets on and zaps them all! Any is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
