   Came lastnight for a meal, it's the first time I've ever been and not had a carvery and the food was lovely. My partner and mother in-law said the burgers were lovely. My nachos were delicious, the waiting on staff was brilliant aswell, if I had cash I would have tipped her as she did her best on her own. Thanks for feeding my family with some lovely food :D

   Was served by Sandra J she was a lovely server and did a fabulous job. My partner had a burger and I had a carvery both of which were fabulous. We had a wait for our desserts because the machine was broken but was really tasty when we got it. Restaurant was nice and clean and a great place to have a meal.

   All you can eat breakfast was nice and fresh, tasted good. Inside bit dull and needs a refresh ceiling was yellow with grease and seemed dark inside. And a massive pothole on the entrance to car park be careful needs fixing asap.. . Staff friendly and helpful

   Special thanks to Sandra and Ange for great friendly service. We made use of the 50% off voucher that we received via email. Absolute bargain and really enjoyed our carvery. Food was hot and fresh. Will definitely return again in the near future. Thanks to all the staff at The Ashbank.

   The pizza is really bad- all tomato and no cheese. THE WORSE PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! The attached photo is after I sent it back for extra cheese, so you can imagine how it came out originally (should have taken a photo). Also in hindsight I should have taken my second pizza back as it was still bad, but I didnt want a carvery or a rubbish burger, so was a bit stuck! Also my friend had a burger and said it was bad quality. We ordered cookie dough which were really small. The serving staff were polite so is prehaps the reason we didn't complain more, as it's not their fault, but they always take the brunt of complaints- which should be aimed at bad cooks or management. Also I emailed them to say the above and just got 'sorry, hope you won't be put off coming again'. It has put us off coming again.
