A wonderful pub with fantastically kept beers. A very warm welcome from both the locals and landlords alike. A very traditional pub with great prices. The standout feature has to be their beer which explains their plethora of CAMRA awards!!!

Proper old fashioned pub, great bunch of locals, fantastic landlord and landlady, and always made to feel welcome with lots of banter going on. My fave pub probably in the entire Potteries and always make a beeline for there when in Cheadle

The was a lovely warm welcome and that wasn't just the fantastic coal fires. The landlord and the bar staff were great, very friendly. My husband said the beers were spot on. In our opinion it is one of the best pubs in Cheadle
