   I had the same experience of a bar lady kicking off on us... Was unsure on what to do as I felt scared and intimidated, I don't think I'd return based off of this interaction and I hope there's some serious consequences for the lady bartender- I hope you're ashamed of yourself

   Bar lady kicked off on us and threatened us after we left. We were finishing our drinks and she came out and kicked off on us- whose the cats mother- threatening us calling us silly girls. Very scared and didn’t know what to do….we left in a panic waiting for a taxi thinking she was going come back out. Hidden behind plant. 2 kind men questioned what happened wondering what happened Looking wondering what happened as they were witness.. DRINKS GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY AND EXTRA DELICOUS. but being kicked off on sent the night onto a different path and never been so worried…….even rang my mum for advice who I’ve not spoken to for 10 years due to other issues- isolated in Newcastle after recent spiking is something no women should go through… hope this is a lesson learnt and we can all move forward. I’ll take an apology and move on I hope you are deeply sorry. JUST BEWARE IF YOU GO HERE YOU WILL GET KICKED OFF ON AND CALLED A SILLY GIRLS

   So… Absolutely disgrace a bloke who worked in Hogarths who came into Mitchell’s started on me and my mate after he spilt his drink on accident. We try to clean it up. And the bar staff threatened us saying we chucked the paper at the staff?! And we didn’t at all. I try to resolve the situation and he wasn’t having it, SO they called last orders at 1:30AM I tried to by a pint and refused to serve us and kicked us out the pub even though they were still SERVING. Won’t be going here again and I promise that I’ll contacting the landlord as well. I had the video of my phone of us taking the shots! Then my mate accident spilt his drink. So if you like staff who start WHO don’t even work there who do in the last refuse this pub, they will probably start on me for writing this review as well, only go in this bar if you like rough stuff

   Don't serve food but still marking 5 stars absolutely turned this place around everywhere is spotless pool table dj and great hosts the staff are amazing x

   Popped in lunchtime. Went out for a quick smoke. The garden I'd horrendous fag butt's all the way through. Needs a good seep . No ashtrays. Not tempting to sit in on a summers day. The entrance to the smoking area had not been swept. Won't be returning.

   The best pub in town, great landlords, great staff, cheap drinks and brilliant atmosphere. Dont go into pubs on my own but would feel safe doing that here 10/10
