   We recently had the pleasure of experiencing a delightful three-course meal at this establishment. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality, especially considering it is a chain restaurant. The starters were served promptly and were fresh and hot. The main course steaks were cooked to a high standard, although the cut of meat was slightly fatty. The peppercorn sauce was excellent. The desserts were exceptional. We highly recommend this dining experience.

   Had the Korean bbq rib, absolutely fantastic, tender and the corn on the cob actually had flavour unlike most places!! We will definitely be having it again next time, we'll done chef Jim!!

   Ordered a 8oz rump steak rare to medium, with a side pot of beef dripping gravy. We were told it was at least a 45min wait for the food. The steak came well overcooked, very difficult to cut through with a steak knife, absolutely bone dry, no juices whatsoever, and I really don't think it was rump steak, no taste at all, I'm struggling to think what the beef dripping gravy was made from as that had a very peculiar taste to it, didn't even taste like any sort of gravy. Needless to say that I won't be going back here again. VERY DISAPPOINTED ALSO THE BEER PIPES NEED A GOOD CLEAN OUT

   Visited at lunchtime on a Friday and it filled up quickly. We got there just as it opened however a sign was put up immediately on the bar to say that any food would be at least a 30 minute wait as the chef had only just arrived. When ordering we were told that 2 of the dishes we wanted were out of stock so had to choose others. There was a long wait for the food (close to an hour) but it was delicious once it arrived. Food was fresh and warm and plenty of it.

   Went for 5 food challenges with my friends. All looked good on the website. Arrived there and the table was booked and we sat down. All looked good. We went to the bar and placed our orders. Paid. And went back to our table. We waited. And waited. And waited. For pretty much an hour. The food arrived and was exactly as we expected. 4 out of the 5 "completed" the challenge. And according to the menu our name would be on the hall of fame. But sadly not this time.
