Sara is a wizard with hair colours. I came to her with hair tgat someone else had coloured and made a mess of 3 weeks before my sons wedding. What Sara has done with my hair is astonishing, I hardly recognise myself. Can't speak highly enough of her.
What a lovely experience! Sarah spent a long time with me chatting through exactly what I wanted from my appointment and even showed me some examples of what she had done previously to make sure we were on the same page when it comes to tone of colour. My whole appointment was relaxing, informative and generally just lovely. I was offered tea and coffees multiple times through my appointment and really enjoyed the massage chair. I can't wait to come back again! Thank you to the whole team but especially Sarah who I got on so well with and her skills meant I left feeling so happy with my hair!
My first visit to this salon and a major colour change for me ,but Georgia did a fantastic job. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and then explained how she'd do it. And the results are amazing, love my new hair. The team are very friendly, and the salon is very relaxing.
Another lovely visit to Bavaro’s for Sarah to work her magic! I’ve been a customer since the salon opened (3 years now) and always enjoy my visits. The salon is beautifully calm ,clean and welcoming, and I always feel well looked after. How lucky am I to have this so close by! The best salon I’ve ever used! I’ll never go anywhere else to get my haircut! The loveliest team who always make you feel at home and the cut / colour is always incredible, never rushed and always thoroughly done! You can tell Sarah has worked hard to build a team of friendly, talented stylists!
Had my hair done at Bavaro recently with a full head of colour and a cut. The hairdresser was absolutely lovely and the cut was great. The colour was a bit bright but I liked it and we knew it would fade out to my usual colour. However after a few washes, my roots area stayed bright whilst the rest of my hair faded. I emailed the salon politely to ask how to rectify and they said that they would check with the hairdresser and get back to me after the weekend. In the email, they put the onus on me however I’ve never had this happen before in my three years of going to salons for copper. After a week, I still had not had an email back so I sent a follow up email, still polite, saying I’m happy for them to take a look at it so it can be rectified. Again, I’ve had no response at all. I’m not angry about the fact the colour has become uneven, but I am disappointed in the fact that I paid £85 for a service, to be told the things I’m doing have made the colour go this way (never had this before) and then never to hear back or offer to have it rectified. I’m pretty easygoing with my colour but I do expect good service when you’re a paying customer.
I couldn’t recommend Bavaro’s Hair Design enough! Sarah and her team are always so welcoming and helpful. The whole experience is such a treat, especially the massage chair!
Sarah is such a wonderful stylist!!!! I just moved to the country and was worried I wouldn’t find someone who could help me with the alternative hairstyles that I like. I could not have been happier with how my hair turned out. Not only is Sarah an amazing stylist but she’s so kind and inviting. I had the most relaxing appointment I have ever had. 10000% recommend. Also, the space is beautiful and really adds to experience.
I’ve been getting my hair done here for a while now and I just think it’s amazing! Sarah and Donna are very accommodating and very understanding. They always listen to what I want to do with my hair and help me figure out the best way to do it. I really trust the ladies here and I will continue to visit the salon for a long time!
