   I honestly couldn’t recommend Violet enough! She was so kind and understanding when my car wouldn’t start — she let me reschedule last minute without any fuss, which most wouldn’t do. She’s incredibly down to earth and genuinely one of the nicest hairdressers I’ve ever met. I usually struggle to make decisions about my hair, but Violet completely took the stress away. She listened, gave great advice, and took the lead in creating the perfect look for me — and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result!

   My fiancée visited Lord Hair Salon yesterday to have her hair done and recoloured, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Nathan was her stylist, and he did a fantastic job. The cut and colour look amazing — he really brought her vision to life. Nathan came across as very knowledgeable and professional throughout the appointment, and his attention to detail was impressive. We would highly recommend Nathan and the team at Lord Hair Salon. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and true expertise. We’ll definitely be returning!

   Disappointing Experience and Unprofessional Conduct I recently brought my disabled auntie to your salon for a haircut, hoping for a pleasant and professional experience. Unfortunately, our visit started on a very poor note and left us both feeling quite uncomfortable. As we approached the entrance, one of your male staff members was standing directly in the doorway, **vaping** and loudly **shouting across the high street** to passers-by. This behavior was highly unprofessional and created an unwelcoming atmosphere right from the start. It's particularly concerning when approaching a business, especially with someone who has specific needs, to be met with such a casual and disruptive scene. While I understand that staff may take breaks, their conduct, especially at the main entrance, should reflect the professional standards expected of a salon. This incident significantly detracted from what should have been a relaxing and respectful experience for my auntie. It made us question the overall professionalism and consideration given to clients. We decided not to enter the salon, and we approached another salon.We left feeling disappointed by this initial impression.

The friendly staff and attention to detail have helped my wife and daughter trust the staff when computing and cutting their long fine hair.
