   I had an absolutely brilliant experience. They were incredibly informative the whole way through, explaining what they were doing and offering really helpful advice. You can tell they genuinely care about hair and want you to walk out feeling your best. From the moment I sat down, I felt completely at ease. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, and the end result was just great. I walked out feeling really pleased with my hair. Highly recommend.

   Edited in response to salons points! Please see pictures of hair IN the salon. Hello, To follow on from my previous review! Salon claims I did not leave salon with my hair that way firstly picture is taken in the carpark however here are some pictures in the salon before I even walked out. You can clearly see gaps in the extensions any salon would know this isn’t correct. The salon offered to fix my hair however then came back and said they would not fix the hair at all. So that point is inaccurate. The salon also suggested I use beauty works shampoo to which I did and then stated the shampoo I used caused my extensions to fall out as it included Argon oil or some form of oil again pointing out how unwilling they are to accept fault. All I wanted was for my extensions to look the way they should there was no mentioned of the appointment being 10 weeks apart the last refit I was made to pay again despite them falling out after a few days! I would have been more than happy for the salon to have fixed the issue as I said on Saturday all points mentioned the manager Ashley did not mention she kept saying because my hair had grown nothing to do with appointments etc sometimes all it takes is a little customer service and an apology and to fix the issue. Again avoid this salon. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this salon has given me one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. After they refitted my hair extensions, the results were completely unacceptable—there were obvious short pieces that had been placed incorrectly, yet the salon refused to take any responsibility. I gave them every opportunity to correct their mistakes, and even when they attempted a fix, the problem remained and they continued to deny any fault. I have gone to another salon who confirmed the extensions have been fitted completely incorrectly. Sometimes all it takes is to put your hands up and rectify the situation which this salon did not do which is really sad for them and I’m ashamed for them. This salon is more than willing to take your money, but the moment you raise a legitimate concern, they have no interest in helping you. The manager, Ashley, was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I went in calmly and reasonably to request either a refund so I could have the work corrected elsewhere, or for them to properly fix their own errors, she abruptly asked me to leave the premises. The way this situation was handled is completely unacceptable, and I will be taking this matter further. No customer should be treated this way.

   This is the best hairdressers I’ve ever been to. I am over the moon with my experience every single time I come away. Sophie is fantastic, she always listens and has the best ideas, she is so talented. Everyone I’ve had contact with in the salon is absolutely lovely too. A great atmosphere and my hair always looks amazing. So glad I found this hairdressers/Sophie! Consider me a loyal, happy customer. Thank you!!

   Fantastic service, professional but personable approach. I felt looked after and confident in Kate’s skills. From viewing the service on Instagram to booking my next appointment my journey was easy and enjoyable. For someone who has experienced such a difficult time with loosing my hair it has been a wonderful experience to celebrate its return.

   Becky is incredible! I usually see her every 10weeks, but today I brought my little boy, Oliver in to see her to have his very first hair cut. Oliver is 18 months, and Becky was just wonderful with him; so patient, so relaxed, and she did an amazing job too - he looks so smart. Becky just made the whole experience really lovely for him.

   Always love coming here for a haircut. All the staff are great, incredible customer service. Hannah is a miracle worker. She always listens to exactly what I ask for and does a fabulous job. Plus she's also so lovely to chat to! 10/10 recommend her to anyone and everyone.

   Had the best first time experience. I Want to thank Sophie and another lovely lady (can’t remember her name) for taking their time on my hair & really going to the lengths of care & understanding. I’ve never experienced that sort of treatment before especially being self conscious of my hair they had reassured me which is just what I needed. Very warm & welcoming ladies, 10/10 service. Thanks girls!
