   Then you order something and they don't respond. They can take as long as they want to ship without a response. I've had cases on eBay where they only respond 24-48 hours before you buy. Then they don't. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

   Reluctant to give a bad review to any business but there's an expectation (not unreasonably) these days, that the companies you spend money with do actually appreciate it and will go to modest lengths to rectify issues. Ultimately, if you want a part you'll likely get it here (eventually), but don't expect anything more. Hopefully the 30-odd quid they received from my order is more valuable than a middling review and lack of any repeat business.

   Mike and Co came through in the end, My parts initially ordered arrived in a sorry state due to insufficient packaging. I notified Endon and they offered to replace all bits and re-send to Australia. Did an absolute fantastic job in packaging. Really good customer service and I would highly recommend them.

   All is fine as long as everything is fine. Purchased parts totaling £400+ and one turned up faulty. All Car Parts Fast decided to ignore my emails. Sent 3 emails in a space of two weeks explaining the fault and ask how rectify it. Nothing! I have bought other stuff from them in the past. Very responsive when it comes to potential sale. But when there's a problem, they just ignore me. Avoid them!

   They lure you with competitive prices, but: 1. They took 45 days to find out whether the part is OK for my car, despite many emails and phone calls. They do not answer emails. 2. When I told them that their shipping price was most probably too low, they recalculated it (wrong again). Then when after 45 days they recalculated it again, and it came to 130 pounds shipping instead of the 15 pounds they originally quoted! I was ready to pay 80 pounds (instead of 15) but they insisted on 130 without any real apology. Very unreliable. I am surprised that they are still in business. Avoid at all costs!!!
