   Wrong part when I went to collect which luckily I checked before driving off. The correct part was nearly 3 times more expensive. No discount available even though it was their mistake. I left it and managed to get the identical Bosch part from eBay including delivery for half the price. Used to be reasonable on price but not anymore

   I ordered a neck pillow via Click and Collect from Euro Car Parts Stoke, and the experience was incredibly poor. I had to wait over 30 minutes just to collect the item, which completely defeats the purpose of using Click and Collect for convenience. To make matters worse, when I finally received the neck pillow, it was clearly used—it had visible dirt and oil stains on it. When I raised my concerns, the man at the counter was rude and dismissive, insisting it was brand new, which was clearly not the case. This level of customer service and product quality is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this place—there are far better options elsewhere that actually respect your time and deliver products in proper condition.

   Cracking service, ordered online for delivery to a garage who would then fit. All done on their website. Had email dialogue and phone calls to confirm the correct battery - arrived at the garage at the stated time and fitted in 5 mins…… absolutely awesome

   Was served by a nice young lady on the counter. Needed to do an exchange on a set of wipers. Found the right ones fast, and we're even cheaper than the ones I had bought. Who doesn't love service like that?! She deserves a pat on the back, as I k ow full well the parts counter is a tough gig.

   Errors in product description on the web site. Product shown in stock but was not in store. Counter is understaffed. You'll always find a que there. Counter staff should be better trained...the lady today couldn't see the 10mm different between 2 filters. Poor customer service. Won't visit again.
