I have been coming here for a few years now for haircuts and Rachel has never failed. However, since she left, I have come across Chloe, who is phenomenal. She is so gentle with the hair and is full of energy and good advice. Thank you for giving me the cut I needed Chloe.
Had my appointment booked for today Friday 27th June with Chloe. Had the text message the day before to confirm the appointment, arrived at the salon the apprentice didn’t know what to do so got someone else then she said I’ll get Melanie, so obviously something was wrong. Finally got told Chloe is sick! So the options were so you can have some else or rebook the appointment! I’ve been going to the broughton salon for a year so customer loyalty means nothing. Not even a phone message to apologise and say she was sick. So I had a completely wasted trip for nothing. Not very good customer service. It felt like as a client it didn’t really matter, so I won’t be back!!
Wife asked for a simple cut (she has very short hair). Should have been a barber cut but no barber. The lady cutting hair had to wet the fringe a bit and charged 37 pounds as that was considered a full shampoo and blow dry. No shampoo or conditioner used. Bloody cheek!!! Will NEVER COME BACK. Bad mouthing you to all and sundry. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Crap customer service. This is how you loose customers. See you have quite a few bad reviews.
It is located in a nice vicinity. The services are really nice. I got my haircut by Conor and he suggested a cut which came out really good in the end. They explain the services and don't come up with any hidden costs. I highly recommend the place.
I have been feeling awful about my hair - I completely ruined it with bleach. The only thing I could do was get it cut, so decided to book an appointment at this hairdressers, I was extremely nervous and honestly quite tearful. My appointment was with Rachel and I cannot thank this woman enough! You have given me my confidence back! Highly highly recommend.
Literally just popped in as I wasn’t sure if my fringe was blended enough to my liking, John and all the other staff were sooooo lovely. Sorted my fringe out right away. I will definitely be going back. Thank you once again ❤️

Very friendly and welcoming Staff. My son & myself had a haircut. Very professional. Asked if they had WiFi. They gladly helped.
