   I was incredibly disappointed. I paid £47.50 for a fancy hair wash I'd say! Curls fell out within about 20 minutes even after continuously telling the stylist the curls needed to be tight. Raised a complaint requesting a full refund and still havent heard back. Update - Just received this pathetic response 'I have attempted to contact you regarding your recent visit with us at TONI&GUY Milton Keynes. From my understanding and after discussing your appointment with Aimee today, she discussed in your consultation the options to achieve your style, a few adjustments were made at your request to go higher with the curls. Throughout the service Aimee checked in with you to see if you wanted to tweak the style and after your service was finished, she did explain the aftercare to keep the curls tight prior to your event. She mentioned to you that the curls will slightly drop and you may need to lightly adjust the hair with your fingertips to avoid dragging the hair and loosening the curl, she then mentioned to avoid using a brush on your hair as it will loosen the curl and create more of a wavy style – I was witness to this at reception when payment was being made. If at the time of your service you felt the curls were not tight enough, we would have been more than happy to have made any adjustments there and then, but as you were happy with the results by the end of your appointment I cannot authorise a refund. It is not within our control for the aftercare of your service, and every effort was made on Aimee’s part to ensure you were happy with your results prior to leaving. However, we are happy to do 50% off (excluding colour) of your next service with TONI&GUY Milton Keynes. Do get back in touch if you would like me to book you in for a service.    Had a cut and finish with Connor and I was blown away with how he transformed my hair from having dead and dehydrated curls. He was very knowledgable and helped me understand how to maintain them and really eased my anxiety, he is such a bubbly person and I will definitely be coming back to see him again!

   Had my haircut here with Robert a couple of days ago, absolutely thrilled with the results, for me the proof is when you first wash and style your new cut at home which I have just done, and with such a super cut it was so easy to style myself! Robert really took the time during the consultation to understand what I wanted and was very friendly and welcoming as were all the staff. I will definitely be returning.

   Really pleased with my cut ✂️ ☺️ Great service they really looked after me including making space in the salon for my scooter that was so easily obtained and provided by Mk Shopping Centre for the afternoon. I was given a nice cuppa tea and the process was thoroughly explained by Connor. I have already re-booked for my cut n colour in Nov after a quick consult with a colour technician! Well done guys!    I haven't been to a hairdressers in a long time, so was extra careful when choosing. I had Joe, who cut and styled my hair, and I can honestly say I have found my new stylist. Not only did he listen to exactly what I wanted, he is also the loveliest person. I came away so happy with my hair! Thanks so much Joe, I will be back :)
