Ridiculous prices, went there with a gearbox with a leaky seal which leaked onto the clutch, they quoted £1500. Was cheaper to tow it 3 hours south and get it fixed at a garage near home. If you’re young or female prepare to get absolutely rinsed.
Decent lads. My tyre kept going down and these lads sorting it in 5 mins at no charge. Didn't need a replacement. Had a refund with in 1 day.
Ordered a tyre went 3 days later got it fitted with tracking. This bare in mind took nearly 3 hrs when I had a booking at 12. Then turned up noticed the tyre was the wrong one. So the guy didn't even no which tyre they just fitted. Still yet to return for my tyre even though they said Wednesday. My faith in chain garages remains broken and I hate these places. Always put your money in to small local businesses
my husband came to you business on Monday evening 24-11 at approx 17.09hrs to get assistance with a slow punchure, looked like a screw in the tyre. On arrival there was no customers waiting just three employees standing around. They refused to even look at the tyre to either repair or replace, they just answered NO!, eventhough you advertise that you are open until 18.00hrs. What a totally discusting service, we have used you in the past, but we will never use you again and we will recomend that no one else does either ... very unhappy!!

I have never been to a garage as bad as this one. Damaged wheels and terrible customer service from the management. Denied it happening. I would recommend not using this garage. Avoid at all costs.
Would give no stars if I could. Left my car for a full service + mot last month, paid 250£, they failed the car MOT cause they where "to busy" to service the car before the mot. Failure reason was the front washer was not working. Car well looked after. Also, they manage to lose the nut lock from the car. Found out 2 weeks later, due to a flat tire. Had to buy a new one from BMW, 35£ out of pocket. Went to their place, no one know what happened, never being so stressed with a garage before. They will give you excuses for their poor work, go to other garage if you can.
LOCKING NUTS NOT TIGHTENED. Took them a while to start fitting my tyres even with an empty garage (wanted a smoke first). Took longer than usual to fit, and now I've just gone to take my wheels off and they couldn't be botherd to tighten my locking nuts.
Booked through Asda Tyres. Good service but could do with someone answering the phone apart from the tyre fitter when on the job.
Went on Thursday, for a new tyre the manager who I don't know is name, was brilliant better than the last one... this manager is very happy and chatty welcoming.. Paul the mechanic is always happy, and polite... I have experience bad things with the last manager but this time everything was 10/10... I will use again without a doubt
