   This is a follow up review from 4 days ago. Still no response from this company about a faulty part that I had purchased back in May last year for 20.95 GBP and now on there website for 13.75 GBP. I was told in an email that they have sold lots of these taps and never had a problem. I find this very hard to believe and why such a large price reduction on a minimal price. It’s obvious that the parts are of poor quality. I live in Australia and I have purchased approximately $3000 worth of parts from another UK company and had them shipped over with 1 problem with some injectors to which I was fully refunded because of faulty parts. I only shopped at Tractorshack Parts because Agriline Products did not list the part that I needed. This part would have probably cost next to nothing for this company but yet they will not honour the purchase and not back a product that they sell. Massey Ferguson tractors have a massive following in the UK are there are a lot of sub standard parts available for sale so be careful when purchasing. Agriline Products are rock solid and worth a look. Paul Kersnovske

   I have recently contacted this company about a faulty drain tap that I have purchased back in May 2020. I have been working on this tractor for 3 yrs and only recently finished the very detailed build. The brass tap in question has leaked almost straight away and the handle of the tap is not brass but zinc plate to look like brass. Tractorshack have responded to me saying that it is our of warranty and the best they could do is offer me a discount on a replacement tap. I have asked them to show me where the warranty is mentioned and they have not replied and also asked Tractorshack why they have sold me a brass and metal tap when the E bay description of the part mentioned brass tap. I have paid a lot of money for this part and it also appears that they have reduced the selling price on there website some 7 lbs. This company is not trustworthy and I am still waiting for a response.
