   Not only the best experience at a pet store, but possibly the best customer service experience I've ever received. I recently moved to the area and have been visiting this store for all of my dogs needs. Every time I visit the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They remember me and my pet, as well as his needs and use that knowledge to make well informed recommendations. I must say, it is a joy going in every time. They always seem genuinely happy to see me and my dog and it's very clear they have a deep love for animals. My dog doesn't like being touched on his behind and one of the staff even sat with me and my dog and showed me some training exercises to help combat that. I can't recommend this place enough, if you are in the area, please pay these guys a visit.

   At the back of the Sainsbury's Local car park is a pet shop you might not have known was there. A nice understated unassuming entryway in weathered wood, the modern automatic door swooshes aside to let you in. And it's massive in there, Tardis-like for all the nerds. Aisles of every type of thing for every type of pet. Even a little fence area that I hope is for tortoises or bunnies not llamas and camels. There's a super modern looking grooming salon parked off in its own special pod. Friendly knowledgeable staff, happy to help and reach for the high things for you. Pretty sure that it's a pet accessories shop and NOT a pet shop.

   Took my German Shepherd, Shadow in to pets corner today for a grooming appointment. He hadn’t been in months and the greeting he got was wonderful. The staff are always so welcoming and make sure to remember the animals names, they ask after Shadow every time I'm in the shop. He was really excited to see them today. I also noticed they had a favourite customer board full of pictures of the animals that come into the shop… a picture of Shadow as a pup was on there! What a lovely gesture. I always feel so happy after bringing Shadow into the shop. Thank you guys for being so amazing every time.

   I love this pet shop! So handy right next to Sainsbury supermarket and a car park right outside and just down the road from where I live too. My puppy Frank loves coming here - a bit too much as last visit he stole a few treats out of an open container! Luckily the staff are fab and very friendly and just laughed. We bought lots of chews to make up for it and Frank was even happier! This is Frank and his cousin Arlo enjoying a collagen donut from the store.

   Fantastic pet shop with a huge range of stock of food, treats, coats, leads, beds, and cages, catering for feathered, hopping, furry, crawling and swimming animals. Friendly staff and a dog grooming facility with a menu of 'treatments' for your furry friends.
