   Hi so I had an enquiry about my Dog and as he’s on antibiotics I needed to get some info and products that would help boost his immunity and gut health. I spoke to a very knowledgeable lady called Poppy and she was so informative and helpful along with a very friendly attitude . I got some immunity powder from Lysiphar and he’s now started this along with pre and probiotics . Thank you to Poppy for taking such good time and attention to us .

   This is a well stocked pet store with a very good range of pet products, treats and food. I visited today to find a harness for my puppy. James was very helpful. He advised on what type of harness would be suitable and not too expensive because the pup will soon outgrow it! Then he fitted it for me, and told me about puppy socialisation sessions Saturday morning which I will certainly bring her to once she’s fully vaccinated. Thanks so much, James!

   We had passed this shop numerous times and decided to take a look as we are preparing for the arrival of a puppy in four weeks. Wow, this is truly a business with principles, its stock is natural high quality food and treats with plenty of choice of pet toys, beds and accessories. We were welcomed by a member of staff asking if he could help, he informed us of puppy classes and how we would be welcomed with our new addition. He was extremely knowledgeable but also keen to hear our experiences of raising dogs. We shall return just before our puppy arrives to gather the essentials.

   My son (15) recently bought a hamster, and we had a lot of questions about how best to care for it. We couldn’t believe our luck when we asked the staff member for some advice - not only is Soph incredibly knowledgeable about hamsters, she is also helpful, generous and engaging. We left the shop with a much clearer understanding of how to best care for our new pet, feeling confident and well looked after. I cannot recommend this place enough - lovely, welcoming, knowledgeable staff and a good range of products.

   So pleased with advise and service. The knowledge of the staff is great and they are not pushing selling expensive products not needed. Buying Felipure odurblock catlitter (expensive but super). Also have two rescue cats with difficulty chewing dry food and throwing it up (they have been to the vet about teeth) Advised to buy Sense6 oral care, and my cats are not vomitin food anymore, but healty and happy. And glossy coats. Excellent delivery service.
