   "I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Autolock Ltd. I was charged £84, supposedly for a diagnostic, but absolutely nothing was done to my car, and no genuine diagnosis was provided. The entire experience felt very unprofessional, and I left feeling completely ripped off. I would not recommend this garage."if u go there at least stay there and watch them what they do to your car.i do the mistake to leave the car there and thinking they're professional, but look like it's just scamming.Don't waste your money find a really mechanic

   I took my bmw x6 to Darren 3 weeks ago as the transmission box was not acting as it should ,he kept it for 2 days ,rang me and said he was a pretty sure it was wheel and tyre problem, as it had 22inch wheels and tyres on,which it shouldn't. Darren told me there wasn't anything he could do until they had been corrected, at some cost it now has the correct wheels and tyres and the problem completely disappeared, This man is a genius and didn't charge me for his advice! The world would be a better place with more Darren's in it, Thank you autolock.

   I brought my newly bought used car Citroen C4 to Autolock Ltd because there is some grinding sound suspected in gearbox which I really want to get rid of. They are nice, they did the road test.. Bad experience: One of the guy there is sarcastic, it could be because of my color, I am asian? I really don't know, hopefully not. I was trying to explain whats the problem of the car and I was expecting that it is their specialty "automatic transmission" but it ended up going home without any concrete solution and I offered £20 because I said I took their time. He took the £20 I offered.

   Bought a used car with ac not working. Went there to have it fixed. Guy attached a tube, leaned close and said " no obvious leak, lets fill it up and see what happens". Cost me 72 quid. Next day gas was gone. Went back, they checked for UV fluid and told me radiator has at least 8 small leaks. I have asked for a quote but they couldn't get a radiator in time so I ended up replacing it myself. Went back and they charged me 72 yet again to fill it up. Works fine since. Reason for two stars: one star is for I feel they should have spotted the leak for the first time and therefore I should not had paid the full price yet again. A free filling and a sorry would have been my expectation but I would have been fine with a discount on the second payment. Maybe they gave me a discount if I let them do the replacement but it was not my fault that they wouldn't have the parts in for a month. Anyway I did not ask for a discount either, I am not that type. However I won't use them again and won't recommend them Funny thing is that a friend recommended them to me, he had his issue resolved for free when he had to go back too, so maybe they just didn't like me I gave an additional star because now it works so they filled it up properly.

   I was recommended to use Autolock by a good friend who said that their work was first class. They rebuilt my Ford Mustang transmission and torque converter very quickly. Very professional and good communication from them. Highly recommended.

   I was experiencing an extremely frustrating issue with a Mercedes main dealer who had carried out 'repairs' on my car costing nearly £2000. The problem had not been fixed! This had been dragging on for 3 months. Autolock investigated the problem and allowed me to photograph the actual worn components as evidence. They also inspected the parts that had been replaced by the main dealer (I had kept them) and suggested they were OK! Armed with this evidence the main dealer refunded me. Thank you so much Autolock for your skill, knowledge and help.
