   Absolutely applauding, I’ve hardly used my car in the 5 months, it’s now sat on my drive waiting for a part, because of the issues I can’t access the climate controls to enable me to drive the car safely. Seat Crewe are dragging their heals as they will not acknowledge to give me a hire car which I’m entitled to, communication is zero, I’ve had to call them, send emails with no reply. My car is 2025 and under warranty.

   General On-line booking for service and MOT, followed up by a call from Crewe SEAT service centre to make an actual appointment, all was very easy and quick. Service and MOT day, 8 am, very polite meet and greet, confirming all that I had booked, asking if I need to add anything else and did I want a complementary car wash. I was waiting and it was explained that it would be 3 hours. Hospitality was explained and just help myself. Nice clean waiting area with toilets. About 2hrs 25 mins a video and a full update of Car all done. 2hrs 45 mins car ready with all paperwork, new courtesy batteries fitted into each key fob. Brilliant first class service well done to everyone.

   Took my car for it's annual service last week and again a pleasant experience, the staff are welcoming and friendly, offered coffee and assistance at every turn and then walked me through all the aspects of the completed service sheet when I collected. The only negative experience was the complimentary wash and vac. It had been washed or at least wet but not dried, leaving water marks all over the body and glass so I had to go over it again at home which I wasn't expecting to have to do but it had been hoovered ok. I might decline that offer if offered next time as I will probably have to do it again myself afterwards.
