Was also able to click to accept or deny any work that was required as I would generally get tyres done elsewhere. Only major issues is that it's such a long wait if you need a courtesy car if you need one when your car is being serviced. I didn't need one this time, so booking was simple but if you need a car there is a 2-3 month wait.”
