   Had my car for over a month, couldn't diagnose the fault. Didn't offer a courtesy vehicle in all the time they had it and communication and empathy from staff was appalling. I withdrew the car eventually ending up with a bill for £900 for a car in a worst state than when I brought it in. Absolutely the worst service centre I have ever come across. Avoid if you can

   Took my car in for a service. Car was in good working order before only had the car 3months from another Jaguar dealer under a the used jaguar scheme. Had its service they notice wear on the steering drum they replaced this and then they informed me that now it has a battery traction message. They ordered another part. Still didn’t fix it. Informed me that it now needs a new battery cell. No eta on the battery. Battery can only charge up to 72% which has made it a bit useless. Had the car back yesterday got a load of error messages now coming up. Autonomous breaking not available. Traction battery fault. Break pedal feel reduced (literally hardly any break have to put it all they way down if it wasn’t for regenerative breaking I would by screwed) forward alert not available ASPC not available. I’m really not happy. Also noticed a small scuff on driver door and dirt on passenger seat. Presume not being covered up. To think I’ve bought a service plan and MOT with these guys. I dread to think what the future holds. Car went in working fine now I’ve got it back completely useless. From the experience I’m having would not recommend the Jaguar IPace or the service centre. Good job I have got the 2 year used car warranty or else my repair would have been after only owning the car at least 6k. Hopefully at some point it will get fixed at least a minimum of 4 weeks wait for the battery cell but not guaranteed as others have already been waiting 4 weeks

   Took Jaguar in for service and MOT. Reception was fantastic, helpfully taking note to have car ready by specific time. Car wasn't quite ready on time but they called to keep me informed of progress. They also got us coffee and biscuits whilst we waited. Can highly recommend

   This is the first time I have had the pleasure of using and working with this dealer. Test drive is the most important thing, you get the keys and drive yourself and not like at other car dealers the person who sells the car goes with you, full comfort. Full assistance in arranging a car on hire purchase. And most importantly, nobody tries to force a car on you. Of course you get a warranty and service on the cars even on the used ones with the possibility of extension. I highly recommend this car dealership for its professional service and reliability. As a car buyer, I would like to thank Mr Ali for such a professional approach to the customer and for helping me with all the formalities related to the purchase of the car.

   Lynn the lady in service from the moment she said hello to ending up under the bonnet with a technician (Beird) fella , the service ice was absolutely fantastic. Treated equal honest and I’d not even purchased from here. I’m e able showroom and tech area to almost hospital standard or better and proud to say it. Up a level I say. This enabled me to get a hassle reject and refund on a nail of car that didn’t deserve the jag badge. So thank you. I’ll bring buying my used jag from here for sure it’s worth every penny extra on the screen.

   Since 2017 I have always had excellent service from Crewe Jaguar, and this recent oil change and inspection is no different. Obviously as a main agent, labour charges are quite high, but I took out a service plan to soften the blow a bit. All the ladies at the service desk are very nice and pleasant.

   A day of excitement. Hubby, his dad Ron and myself took the hour journey to collect this handsome baby. Hubbies pride ad joy for the moment. The sales staff were accommodating and we helped ourselves taking selfies to our hearts content. A once in a life experience for me.
