My car was booked in for a service and additional cosmetic work which involved dealing with the booking team, the parts team and the service team. All experiences were very positive. The service from Tash on the day was above and beyond, despite having a challenging day of IT disruption, Tash still greeted me with a smile and friendly disposition when I returned to collect my car. It’s also a big plus that I deal with the same service advisor every time.

Car went in for intermittent fault finding under warranty. Communication from service department excellent. Like for like courtesy car. Issue not found but is intermittent so not unsurprising. Felt I had been listened to. Feel confident that I can take car back if fault persists. Had very bad experience from a different Audi dealer so Crewe was a breath of fresh air.

Rather frustrating. I booked in weeks ago for a first service AND, to sort the "My Audi" connection as it is inoperative. Service was OK. Car lovely and clean afterwards. I chose to stay on site while it was done so I could be around to see the MyAudi specialist as it needs my phone to function. I asked 4 times to see her but it was never convenient. Bearing on mind that I'd specifically booked in to get this done. Eventually, after over 3 hours there was no time left to sort it, so after five months of ownership, I still can't connect to my car. I've tried 4 times previously to do this on line or over the phone with Audi direct and with this dealer and was told it had to be done in workshop. Now I'm assured it can be done over the phone after all. I'm awaiting my callback with interest. Not a very happy customer!

Nice dealership, car was booked in for service. Informative video detailing what work was done and anything that needed doing. Was also able to click to accept or deny any work that was required as I would generally get tyres done elsewhere. Only major issues is that it's such a long wait if you need a courtesy car if you need one when your car is being serviced. I didn't need one this time, so booking was simple but if you need a car there is a 2-3 month wait.

Absolutely SHOCKING!! Would not be giving it a star; if this was an option. My Q3 is a motability vehicle for my disabled daughter and has been in for the same daily 5 times. Being fobbed off with different excuses each time and fault not being sorted. Due to Audi not wanting to spend the money to replace the whole system. Having to sort my own hire vehicle each time and having the hire vehicle company chase me for collection after being told by Audi that they had that all sorted and were completing this on their “platform”. Absolutely disgraceful service and I will not have another Audi nor will I ever recommend Audi to anyone again. I have lodged an official complaint and will take this further if it is not rectified this time. Feel totally disappointed by the service I have received.
