I was booked by green flag to get 2 tyres replaced which damaged by hitting a pothole. I was recovered to the depot where I was expected by the staff. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Even though the tyres weren’t in stock they ordered them said they would be delivered in the morning, hopefully on their first delivery. I rang the next morning as the tyres were being delivered and said the car would be ready in an hour which it was. Just wanted to say thank you for your help and offering a great service.

Had Pads and Discs Fitted all around last year in my Sons car and a Brake fluid Change. Several trips were made back to the garage after being given times to return as I was told staff were pushed to carry out the work (I was unsure if this meant time or skills and experience). Never the less the work was eventually carried out . A few months later the car was MOT’d at another local Garage and the pads and discs were found to be binding on both the front and rear. Formula one were given the chance to put right the work and around 6000 miles later total around 9000 miles the squeal plate was touching the rear disc. On taking to the nearest local garage they showed me that the rear pads on the discs had been fitted incorrectly. Instead of fitting a wear indicator pad on each side they had put two on one disc which had caused the pads to completely grind down and score the disc. After just 9000 miles I needed to replace rear pads and discs after F1 had failed to correct the first time they had the vehicle back within months of fitting. The garage also pointed out to be that the two rear suspension springs had also been fitted upside down another job that F1 Crewe had carried out. On speaking to Reno The manager at F1 Crewe and giving him the opportunity to sort (he had requested the invoice) his reply was the discs and pads are out of warranty and he couldn’t Trust what the other garage had said. Well the advisories are clear as day on the MOT within months of being fitted and on being given the opportunity to fix the pads had been incorrectly fitted. We had been using this garage for over 20 years but won’t any more due to a total lack of Trust after this experience. Any other garage would have apologised for their dangerous mistake but they’re not interested. There customer service Team have been made aware but I don’t hold my breath.

Truly went beyond.......I simply wanted to say a massive thank you to Ben and his team at Crewe who were faced with a suspension change from hell on my old BMW. They truly went way beyond any thing my local mechanics would have to replace my shocks including staying after hours to get me back on the road. Honestly, such a friendly, down to earth and honest team of people. I can honestly say despite their struggles, this is the best experience I have ever EVER had with car mechanics/car repairs....EVER, as much as we all joked about never bringing my car back there ever again, I enjoyed watching them enjoy the challenge, I actually wouldn't trust a better team of people to look after my car and I would be hard pushed finding a better team. Ben they are a credit to you, guys awesome job. My car feels like new. Paul
After getting over 9 quotes for 4 tyres I found this place and it was quality for low cost. Ben and the other lad were excellent on Sunday They found out I had alignment issue and advised me and sorted it I would highly recommend these and will definitely be back . Excellent information and felt at ease top place
A great experience as usual. I booked my car in, online for a full service and MOT test at the same time. When I dropped my car off they were ready to get started right away. When it was all done they rang me so I was able to go and collect it at a convenient time. The manager took me through the work that had been done and explained the "advisories" following the MOT which it had passed. All in all a pleasant experience.
I've been taking my car to the Crewe branch for many years now and I have never had an issue. What I really appreciate is how the guys there do their best to help you avoid unnecessary work, like swapping round tyres when you have new ones etc. Special mention to Ryan who looked after me through the process this time while I had an MOT and some work done.
