    After a lovely job refurbing wheels on my daily Audi A6 and previously my Jaguar XJ-S I decided to entrust Swansway with paint renewal of the front end of my 2017 A6 as part of a decision to renew rather than trade following ownership from 6 months old. Problems began with a delay to work which was advised as a result of paint booth failure. When the car was ultimately returned I decided to have PPF applied to protect the significant investment in Swansway's work. The PPF specialist I used pointed out several faults in the work done, including areas not properly finished and entrained contaminants leaving 'fish eyes' in the completed paintwork. It seems to me that Swansway are mostly geared to quick turnaround accident repair work rather than necessarily the best quality that their billing would imply and which I was seeking.The people I dealt with were very courteous & helpful however but were not able to offer a solution under the circumstances. I will be looking for a quality specialist independent for future work. ... In reply to owner response - My acceptance on collection was out of trust and belief that all work was carried out to the best standards in line with the significant bill I paid - I am no expert in detail paint standards which my PPF man who identified the defects is. Your people certainly reached out to me, which I greatly appreciated. Under your corporate limitations they were not able to propose any satisfactory resolution however.

    The best service I have ever had in relation to cars. The staff are all very friendly and approachable, I was given more updates than I ever expected at every stage of the repair process, the work they did was flawless, would never know my car was damaged, if you need this type of service, you won't find better!

    Excellent service, popped in Monday for a quote. Greeted by friendly staff and Steve an estimator came out immediately and assessed the work. 5 minutes later I had the official quote and booked in the following morning. Arrived Tuesday morning and work carried out before lunchtime. Very impressed and will definitely use again in the future. May even get my wheels refurbished.

    I have no words to describe how extremely happy I am with the quality job that was done on my car. When I went to collect it I literally couldn’t believe that was my car lol as it looked absolutely stunning and even that being a 10 years old bmw it could easily be described as proper showroom condition. I couldn’t tell which parts were painted, honestly the car was like new in and out ( thanks for a full valet that was also a proper quality job done ). Finally, I would love to say a big thank you to all friendly and professional staff I was dealing with, Mark, Chris and Amber thank you so much! Proper 5 stars place that I would highly recommend.

    After being in a none fault accident almost 8 months ago I have finally received my car back. I’m not one to leave reviews but the way this company have treated me and my vehicle are unacceptable. I was given 4/5 separate dates when the car would be ready all of which I had to schedule time off work to then be told on the day after chasing and ringing numerous times that it wasn’t ready. I don’t think anybody in the place communicates with each other. Eventually when I got the car back I was absolutely mortified (photos attached) it smells so bad, the whole vehicle is covered in dust and the rear seat belt where my 6 year old daughter sits is overgrown with mould. Baring in mind this is a 2021 plate Range Rover Vouge and was just over a year old when the accident happened. After driving the car home, multiple engine warning lights came on and I had to call them up the following day. I was contacted by the manager Mark Trevor’s who was apparently so embarrassed, like I said I’m not one to complain so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed with the bad communication between them maybe the ‘valet’ had gotten lost in translation. The car was delivered to me a week ago while I was away on holiday, and I was excited to get home to the hopes of it being ‘as good as new!’ To say I am upset is an understatement, mechanically the car is fixed yes (up to now…) but as for them being so embarrassed about the state I received it back in last time there hasn’t been as little as a flash wipe over the seats, again it is thick with dust it smells horrendous and the lovely mouldy seatbelt which may I add is a complete danger to my daughters health has been growing nicely in the heat while it’s been sat on my driveway. I am utterly disgusted that I have been treated with such disregard not only as a customer but also to my health.

    I recently had 2 new wings put on my vehicle and rust treated, i was told it would take 2 weeks to complete the work and when i contacted them for updates they kept saying it is not ready ,eventually i got it back after 5 weeks , when i got home i opened the door and i noticed the rubber sleeve where the wiring passes through had not been replaced properly as i lived 25 miles away from the workshop i went to a local garage to have it fitted properly, i also could hear a rattling noise coming from the drivers door , i went to my local deal today to get that sorted and they discovered that the door speaker was loose and and when i contacted Swansway they said that the had no reason to remove the door handle and the inside door panel ,when i looked at my estimate for the work involved as it was not a insurance claim it clearly stated to remove right side front door handle and front inside right door panel

    I recently used the the body repair service following third party damage to my six month old Skoda Superb. The third party had put long abrasions to my immaculate body panels on the driver's side. The service received and quality of work is faultless and I once again have an immaculate car! A professional garage who's staff offer an excellent service from start to finish My fourteen year old Mazda MX-5 will need some light cosmetic work later in the year and I know I will be in safe hands when I take it to Swansway. Thanks to all the team for a flawless repair!

    Thank you to all the staff at Swansway Accident Repair. I had an accident in my 3 months old Audi SQ5. The bonnet , bumper and all the front of the car was damaged, when I skidded on black ice. I never imagined the car would look the same again. However the bodyshop repaired the car in new condition, I was amazed how quick and how the car looked when I arrive to collect it. They had done a brilliant job, and my pride and joy, looked like brand new again. The staff where so pleasant and helpful, and they delivered a 1st class service. Thank you again.
