    It’s like Fort Knox or Area 51 trying to get in here and if your not in a brand new vehicle or part of the trade get ready to not feel welcome on the way in I passed a lad at the security barrier said he sat waiting for 45 mins no answer the speed bumps are like some sort of military no go checkpoints

    I was In need of a crank seal for my T4 asap! No where had one but Tps Shrewsbury managed to get me one the next morning, which literally saved my weekend. To also add, I was impressed with the service as all I was after, is a £18 seal. To get just that for me next day is next level service, not even VW in Telford were that helpful. Thanks all, new site looks great as well. If the manager see's this (which they should) buy the lads/ladies some biscuits. A win is a win, no matter how small.

    Gave 1 star due to zero stars not being an option. One of the worst workplaces I've ever experienced. Management treat you like you're a piece of sh*t on their shoe. If you do your job well, you'll be expected to do others' job for them. Stay clear of Jo Mclusky....she's the devils daughter!

    All parts available for VW/Audi at excellent prices. If you want to service your car using OEM parts this is where to go to. I purchased 5 litres of long life oil for just £16 and an oil filter for £4.50. Compare this to what an Audi main dealer charges for oil, my last service was £60 just for oil!
