Honestly the wagyu burger was the biggest disappointment, wasted around £20 on this meal for a ration of sauce and a burger worse than Maccies standard.the nuggets catfish aswell based off the advertisement. I genuinely thought I meal had been made by Stevie wonder with that presentation
Very rarely use Burger King, but as I had to return my Subway for a refund due to it being half empty, I decided on Whopper with cheese. The Burger was fresh, hot & tasty, served quickly by friendly staff. First Class!
You would think ordering on a machine would make things easier for everyone involved. I guess not. When selecting no mayo and no gherkins, it appears on the ticket stating the fact. One must assume that the person reading the tickets and preparing the food is either blind, stupid or a combination of both. Also, I paid extra for cheesy bacon fries, but I suppose just plain Jayne fries will have to do when Stevie Wonder is reading out the tickets
Not sure if it's the standard service here at this branch for a Saturday night but we just wanted to grab something quick on the way to a show in Cardiff. They currently have 1x staff in kitchen and 1x staff on counter, seems like they're processing 1x order at a time but still very slow service at that, they're not even rushing one bit at all, despite a queue of orders and other fed up waiting customers... 30mins ongoing, this is ridiculous for a service station! I'm gonna be so miffed if we miss our show.
Decent food for a chain, burgers are always pretty good and salads are fresh. Food still hot when delivered. Chilli cheese bites always great, excellent snack to go with some beers. Highly recommended for a late drunken take out (if BRGR are open though they're a much better option)
What an aweful place full of aweful ignorant people. Ordered our dinner as we are working in healthcare and working through new years eve. Partial order arrived. Been on phone for over an hour until this Kaithleen answered the phone. The most ignorant person I have ever talked to in any customer services. Her best solution was to wait for a refund for 7 days then order again. She would be well happy with us ordering and paying again for the same order and hope that this time they will manage to put 3 menus together. Incompetency at its best. Avoid and eat anything else. Look at the rest of the reviews. I wish I had looked before I ordered...
Terrible and very disappointed, ordered a delivery last night as a treat, the food arrived cold, 2 items missing (which they have reimbursed me for) I had to give my fries to my son as the portions weren't enough to feed a small child. If I hadn't had the first time order discount applied this would of cost me £17 Will not be purchasing again!
Just ordered a double bacon and cheese XL meal and 20 nuggets just arrived I got onion rings bacon and cheese fries and a small burger completely the wrong order how can you get that wrong very disappointing
Always had nice food but it is expensive for what it is, although id imagine its because its a services rather than a standard store. Also dont order a triple angus burger, its huge! Always clean and friendly staff each time ive been there.
They do a Bacon triple cheese XL now! Had to try! Friendly lad behind counter, food was cooked fresh and both burger and fries were lovely, though the size of it did defeat me. It'll be back to the bacon double cheese XL from now on! Sarn is generally a nice little services. Missing a star for the ridiculous amount extra BK charge in motorway services
