Always helpful kind and empathetic when my horses are not well. A cup of tea is always waiting for me when I have a trip in house with the lovely Cookie ! Nickie, rachel, Lauren and all the staff are always welcoming I don’t know we’re I would be with my horses without all of their care a real team effort.
So ridiculously overpriced. And they ordered my prescription three weeks later than I asked and as a result wasn’t covered under my insurance because I changed companies and the illness was diagnosed with the old insurance company and treatment supplied in the new company’s insurance term. Poor customer service and response times to ‘resolve’ the matter and absolutely no concern shown for costing me £600 for a treatment I later found is available at £250. Needless to say I’ve changed vets

Always super helpful and love Lucy the vet. Cant remember the nurse I had out with the vet but she was also a lovely young lady. Both super supportive when dealing with a very silly horse that had cut open her forehead and and nearly ripped her ear off. Lucy gave me her mobile number and was supportive through the while healing process and what a great surgeon, cant even see anything now all healed up, as if it never happened. Thank you to all
