   Unfortunately I had a very poor experience at this vets. My cat is only 6 and a vet recommended to remove all his teeth, so I wouldn't have to do future dentals. I made it very clear that I only wanted the teeth that were bad to be taken out. The surgeon went against my wishes and took out more teeth then needed. I spoke to the staff and wrote a complaints emails to the practice manager, but was ignored. I would not recommend this vets for your cats. The treatment of both myself and pet was very poor.

   Our cat Rocky had two issues with his eyes within a short span of time. We regularly saw Eleanor the vet for his appointments and follow-ups and she was very knowledgable and helpful. The receptionists were friendly and helped with our insurance claim. Rocky is back to his happy and healthy state.

   Oathall vets have looked after all my dogs going back 50 years, I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful care they have shown towards my dogs and myself. They now care of my adopted 10 year old Bichon. Pet plan is a great way of carrying on with her care.

   Overall a good experience. Our cat was looked after and treated well following what we assume was an injury by another cat. I do have reservations regarding the cost of taking a pet to the vets (not just Oathall). Some elements of treatment are extremely expensive and in my humble opinion hard to justify.

   If you want to spend a weeks wages just so the vet can stroke your cat for 30 seconds by all means go. The receptionist there is an absolute troglodyte with zero manners and a fake compassionate attitude towards people who fear for their pets wellbeing. The vet also forgotten to weigh my cat and had to come back into the waiting room to collect and weigh him. The audacity to charge 55 pounds for 2 mins of her time what an joke of a vets this is. Rude place go elsewhere is my advice

   Thank you to all at Oathall Vets for the wonderful care and treatment for all our dogs (and us) and particularly "Willow". You have always been there for us , held our hands and you have saved her so many times . You are on call 24 hours a day and 365 days a year . A Magnificent example and sense of duty from a wonderful team . Thank you from three generations of our family .
