I have just moved from a Worthing Vet to Arun Valley and took my two Bengals for their first appointments today. One for a booster the other a general health check. I was very impressed. The whole atmosphere was relaxed. Plenty of waiting ate in a very large air conditioned room. It was so nice to see it not stuffed floor to ceiling with special dog/cat kibble. Toys , beds equipment for any species. Anything and everything there for you to spend money on after the exorbitant bill you just been presented with. Case scenario, cat on IV saline drip two hours £700 and it didn’t stop there. But this is about Arun Valley. It’s like a time capsule. It’s all about the animals. Not meeting targets. The receptionist is really nice. Very natural and friendly. The people waiting were really chatty and friendly as well. So pleased I registered when I did as they are full! The cats were relaxed and happy to be there which is so important. Well done Adur Valley Vets for being what Vets used to be.

We’ve just joined Adur Valley Vets with our new dog after an awful experience at another vets in Shoreham with our last, late dog. I put a call out on local FB looking for a recommended, local vets that care for animals well and put animal welfare over profit, and literally hundreds recommended Adur Valley Vets! We’ve had two appointments now with them (registration/check up and female dog spay) and both have been excellent. All staff (vets, nurse and receptionists) that we’ve seen have been lovely. Friendly, clear and wonderful with our dog:)

We had the best experience with Adur valley. We moved over at the recommendation of friends and couldn’t be happier. Everyone was so kind, caring and understanding and we felt so content that our boy was in safe hands. There is a real personal touch and he was treated with such love - even wagged his tail walking back in the building! The vets and nurses are so knowledgable and clearly experts at what they do. The reception team are also very kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff are absolutely amazing. We had to make a tough decision to put our beautiful dog to sleep yesterday and they were so incredibly kind and empathetic. They booked us in when no other clients were around. We were given time to discuss the decision with them and they handled the situation so brilliantly. We can't fault them.

A fantastic team! They have looked after our two cats since they opened and we wouldn’t entertain taking them anywhere else. Caring, thoughtful, considerate and realistic advice. Highly recommended!

Our first visit and very impressed. Caring, not pushy, easy to park. Unlike Grove Lodge where the caring is there but.....
