   We have just transferred our 1 yr old Sheepadoodle to this vet’s after being left totally disappointed with our previous vet’s. I must say what a breath of fresh air, lots of people on social media absolutely slaughter Medivet Practices, however,,, I am very ‘picky’ with anyone dealing with my Buddy! Ines the vet pictured, has been amazing, perfect advice, listened to what I wanted! No pushy selling products and services! She carried out a titre test a week ago, fully explaining it, and we both agreed he needed a 1 year booster today after getting the results, to give him the best protection. Reasonable prices as well! Based on our experience so far, I highly recommend this Practice and vet 5 stars from us ⭐️

   I can’t speak highly enough of Rachael, Sonja and the team. They literally have saved my German Shepherds life on several occasions, from Addisonian crisis to acute pancreatitis. The team have always been on hand whenever needed, in hours or out of hours before and during the pandemic. They are caring, considerate and very empathetic to both the animal and the owners’ feelings and situation, almost part of the family rather than a service provider.

   We were advised by this practice via email that we could come in for a free initial consultation. However when we left they had charged us £45 for the consultation. The vet, Sonya, administered treatment on our cat without our prior consent. Due to COVID restrictions we had to stay outside during the examination and we were only told on return of our cat what they had given them. Considering we were new to the practice, this concerns me given that they do not know our cats history. We have since raised these issues with the practice, the vet is denying administering treatment without our consent. The owner, Rachael, is disinterested in our concerns and has told us it is our responsibility to be aware of their fees, even though we were told by email that it would be free.

   We have had our pets registered here for a few years and always have good service. Today we used the "out of hours" service as our kitten had a potentially serious accident. From our initial phone call to leaving with our kitten fully examined and medicated we were treated with kindness, compassion, and professionalism.
