   These people saved our dogs life, our Bloodhound Sherlock had bloat and a twisted stomach, we bought him in out of hours, across the New Year/Christmas break and within minutes of being there a tremendously competent and professional vet went to work with her team of fantastic nursing staff saving him. The whole team were extremely professional and understanding when dealing with our 60 kilo challenging blood hound. I cannot thank the entire practice staff enough for there kind and wonderful treatment of our big lad, he stayed in hospital 3 days and is now home recovering. I would highly recommend this vets practice unreservedly, if we had not found them our Sherlock would not be with us now. Thank you is not enough xx

   Had to take my cat in a few days ago and he really hates the carrier. He was seen on time by Danielle and was calmed enough to mostly get a diagnosis although he will probably need to go back soon for a follow up. Nice clean surgery and he was well looked after.

   Our two cats have been well looked after by the team at Seers Croft for many years now. Recently Val, one of the vets, has been particularly helpful, considerate and efficient. Staff are pleasant and helpful. I would give 5 stars but feel Medivet's charges are high, that said I have not compared with others.

   my wife called on Sunday as our dog was passing blood. The lady took our details but told us we could not use your service as our normal vet was not registered with you. You are an emergency vet and my understanding is that you would not refuse to see any animal in distress. Not being able to use your service resulted in a long journey to Tunbridge Wells causing the dog additional stress and sickness. Please advise if I am mistaken and your emergency service only caters for animals if the normal vets are registered with you and we can take you off our list and advise others via our neighbourhood website.

   I am very impressed with this practice so far. Took our Bulldog in for a health check and Dan picked up on other infections that had been missed by our previous vet. The ladies on reception are so friendly and helpful too. We are very happy with the service we have experienced.
