Fantastic service from CarStore Direct Stoke. Their online valuation was higher than any competitor, so I was pleasantly surprised at how little was deducted for the minor cosmetic reconditioning required. James did an excellent job with the valuation. He was friendly and professional, explained the process clearly, and went out of his way to help me complete the sale despite a few complications with an electrical fault that I was unaware of. I handed over the car late in the afternoon and the money was in my account the following morning with no transaction fees deducted. Overall an excellent experience. Many thanks James!

James was very professional and inspected the car and confirmed it was in immaculate condition. Recently sold my car at carstore direct stoke, the process was quick and straightforward. James did a great job in valuing my vehicle and gave me a price I was happy with and a lift back home, can't fault the service tbh. I would recommend anyone to try them out, you'll get a bit less than selling privately obviously but it's worth it to save on the time and hassle.
