Took my lovely ginger Theo to your cattery for the first time and was over the moon by the layout of the pens, plus the energy and compassion you both showed to him. He's an anxious rescue and always comes back with a lil dandruff from stress when he is put in a cattery (something we unfortunately cannot avoid due to his past) but there was very little this time, and he settled into home life so much quicker than previously. Theo isn't the best around other cats but loves humans, and I was fortunate enough to be there when there were 2 empty pens so got to choose when my boy went. The cats I saw in the other pens looked so happy, looked after, relaxed, and some very playful in a natural way. There was a choice of food and everything was so well organised. You will definitely be seeing Theo again!

Excellent cattery and the only one I would ever trust with my two cats, been leaving them here for several years now and always know they'll be 100% looked after and safe which means the world to me. Can't thank Rachel, Ian and their team enough for giving me that total peace of mind.

Excellent cattery run by Rachel and Ian. My cats have always been happy there and I can relax knowing they will be well cared for while I'm away

Wow what a fabulous couple at the Manor Cattery. Thank you so much for taking care of Harry after his little adventure..... he's milking it slightly, on another dinner and mischief making, which is wonderful.

Due to having major surgery, I needed someone to look after my pet rats. With other places in Brighton booked up, I came across The Manor Cattery online. Although I couldn't see rats listed on their website, Rachel assured me they would be happy looking after them. I immediately felt reassured by Rachel who helped answer all my questions beforehand and made sure my ratttos were in a quiet spot, while still getting lots of fuss. I was sent photos of Chickpea and Clive during their stay which I really appreciated and when I needed longer recovery time, Rachel accommodated having them an extra week. Fantastic service and one I would definitely use again if needed in the future! Thank you to the team!

We recently used The Manor Cattery for the first time as we were moving. Our cat had never been to a cattery before, so we were a bit nervous. Rachel was super reassuring, and even made sure Tootles had a quiet pen. Rachel was also happy for us to message to get an update on Tootles, and sent pictures. It was so reassuring to know Tootles was in good hands whilst we moved houses.
