   My son took his XJ R 2005 to these guys last year so when I bought my F type this year they were the first people I thought of. I had a problem with the aerial which they’ve sorted straight away and after many years of dealing with garages, I can safely say I am impressed and happy with the service I’ve received. I’ll need to change spark plugs and belts in the supercharger soon and I guarantee the car will be going back to Andy and his team.

   Absolutely awful company, I called these guys back in February enquiring about reconditioning the engine on my XJS, I was advised that they could do this for me, they explained that there is a 6 month wait which was fine and booked in for August 4th, I called them again roughly 2 months ago and I was advised that my booking for an engine reconditioning was still fine for that date, I booked and paid for the trailer hire to recover the car into them I called them again 4 working days before the date I was due to take the car in to be told that they don’t do this sort of work but they would phone an engine company to see what they could do, I called in to see them the following day to discuss, the boss “Andy” was far to busy to come and discuss with me, the chap said that they wouldn’t be taking the car on the booked date but assured me that Andy would call me that afternoon, no apologies what so ever, it was no surprise that I didn’t receive a phone call either, I cannot get a refund on the trailer so that’s 6 months wasted and £100 down the tubes. Absolutely awful!!!

   Took my car to AWJ Jaguar specialist to sort an electrical problem but every time it came back to me the same problem was there within a couple of days. They fitted parts which cost a lot of money, but these were not needed. Kept taking it back but was told they couldn’t look at it for approximately 4-6 weeks on a job that they’d already started. The last time I took my car back I was told to leave the car and they’d take the parts off that had been fitted and I could take it somewhere else as long as I got it off there yard. This was a job that they started 5 months ago. So I took my car to another specialist Jaguar garage and it was sorted within 2 days and at a very reasonable price

   Poor experience and a total lack of customer service or care about putting things right. My car was misdiagnosed, despite me even suggesting which part I thought was at fault. They didn't want to listen as 'the tech knows best'. Charged me for incorrect diagnosis and I bought a part from them which wasn't even faulty on my vehicle. They even tried to ask me to order a £350 part which wouldn't have been right for my vehicle and would have been none returnable. Luckily I was dubious and went with the cheaper alternative they had in stock which actually matched the part on my car. Needless to say it didn't work and they aren't interested in a return even though it could be resold and used on another vehicle. I took the car elsewhere and it was fixed. They found loose bolts and a very obvious issue with one of the parts I highlighted. Which should have been picked up at AWJ. They actually listened to me and checked more than 1 possible cause, in less time. It wasn't a lot of money but it's the point there's been no apology from the owner, no call back despite calling multiple times and being assured somebody will be in touch, over a number of weeks. Be warned if you do have a bad experience or an issue here, it's likely you will face the same. The environment is also unpleasant. It stinks like dog and every time you get up to move around or use the facilities, you get barked at. It isn't a private home, it's a business. Not everybody likes dogs, some people are afraid or allergic and getting barked at is unpleasant. Also a note to the owner, don't reply back to the review with a note about how I'm wrong etc. You could have picked up the phone to talk to me at any point but weren't interested.

   Had adblue warning message pop up on my XE, got in touch with AWJ even thou they were busy said bring it in and we'll have a look. Diagnosed issue and replaced defective sensor and checked the adblue quality on the same day at a reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful people would highly recommend them to anyone especially if you own a jaguar. Thanks to all at AWJ.

   I took my Jag XKR to them with an intermittent starting problem they had my car for about a week are could not fix it .they said bring it back when it does not start .I had it transported back by the AA after I had paid them £207 the first time . This time they said it needed a special part which they could not get .after another week I got my car back with the same problem. I took it to NWS in Whitchurch with in 2 hours they found and fixed the problem which was no continuity between the bell housing and the chassis . AWS will be a garage I avoid they cant fix a simple problem
