   My 2 frenchies have just had their annual holiday at hammerpond kennels. The kennels are in a lovely situation with plenty of room for play & walkies. From the photos that were taken of yhem playing it looks like they had a ball. The staff are so friendly and really make the effort to get to know your dog. My boys both came home in great condition and are looking forward to their next stay!

   Cannot speak highly enough of Karen and the team at Hammerpond Kennels. Not only do I have piece of mind my dog and cat are well looked after and treated as one of their own but they are always happy to offer guidance and support whether it be food issues or health issues with my animals. I truly would not take my dog and cat anywhere else.

   I cannot rate Hammerpond Kennels enough, our 2 labs absolutely love it there. They get so excited when they arrive for their stay which makes leaving them so much easier. They always come home happy and healthy. The staff are also really kind and lovely.

   Our golden retriever loves staying at Hammerpond and has stayed there since he was a puppy. He is so excited to see the staff that work there and they are excellent with him. They are really helpful whenever we contact them and our dog is always well looked after when there.

   Friendly, attentive and highly experienced, the staff at Hammerpond are second to none. Our rescue dog was nervous at his first booking, but the staff handled it so well he was soon wagging his tail and enjoying being fussed over. The staff seem genuinely interested in each dog and are quick to pick up on each pet's preferences and sociability. The enclosed grass paddock is a big plus - other kennels I looked at only had a concrete or astroturf exercise area. It's wonderful to be able to leave our dog with such professionals and I can't recommend Hammerpond Kennels highly enough.

   The team here truly are wonderful. Our very anxious Bull Terrier is not happy in a lot of situations yet at the kennels the team make such a fuss of him he absolute loves it, literally bounds out of the car whining with excitement!

   First time leaving our gsd and I cannot recommend them enough. We were very worried about leaving him as he has some issues but they were brillant with him .Very knowledgeable of breed and showed great care . Would highly recommend. Thank you everyone !

   Our two Staffies stay with Hammerpond Kennels every time we stay with friends in Horsham, because their dog is reactive to others. One of ours knows where she is up to two miles from the kennels and goes mad with excitement. They both love going in and have a whale of a time when they're there. And when we collect them, they may be glad to see us, but also a little sorry that they have to go home. Hammerpond offers excellent care, is great with medication and it is clear they love their work. I cannot rate them highly enough.

   Rude and Unresponsive! Our vet made a mistake with vaccinations, and employee lied that she would speak with the owner about it. Denied a refund even though I notified them about the mix-up a full month before our stay. T&C's state that the cancellation fee is at the Kennels discretion, however they value a £50 deposit over having repeat clients. Never called us back to discuss; we had to drive to their location to speak to them. Extremely rude. If you work for your money and value your pet’s welfare, you should take your pet somewhere else. (1* is over rated!)

   This was the first time Freddie has ever been to kennels and I was so happy that Hammerpond were the first one. They all put me at ease very quickly and was assured that he would be looked after with the extra bit of care they give, moreso than any other kennels I viewed. Although he came back tired, he seemed very happy and extremely looked after. If you are looking at booking in your dog, make sure you book in advance to ensure availability. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Hammerpond Kennels for anyone in the area.
