   I honestly can't thank enough the team that worked tonight. I am a carer for an autistic adult who's support dog was brought in with end stage heart failure and sadly had to be put to sleep. The support and understanding on financial restrictions and care taken to the person coming to say goodbye to his dog helped so much the support they gave to somone who felt their life had come to and end in that moment was just outstanding. RIP little louie. And again thank u so much to the team this evening. ❤️ you have made things so much better to handle being day's before Christmas we had hoped the little man would make it but it was not to be.

   Ben & Cameron were amazing, got an emergency appointment within the hour on a Sunday morning. The receptionist was very friendly and clearly loves animals! Very quickly diagnosed my dogs problem and treatment plan explained throughly. They were so friendly and relaxed around my dog, which really helps as she does get a bit anxious at the vet's.. Without question, the best vets around.

   We had a very scary out of hours emergency with our cat and were seen quickly by Reece at Arthur Lodge Vets. Tests were done through the night and we were kept fully informed by phone as to what was going on. Such a stressful time but we were in good hands. When we collected our pet, Reece had handed over to Simon, who fully explained the findings, prognosis and next steps, clearly and kindly. Really great emergency care, would recommend.

   From start to finish, my experience of Cameron and the team at Arthur Lodge was favourable. They looked after my dog impeccably, with extreme care and compassion. Cameron put me at ease outlining the procedure and after care in a way that made sense, answering my questions along the way. Based on my experience, I highly recommend the team at Arthur Lodge.    Shandy had cut herself whilst swimming one evening over the weekend and Arthur Lodge's emergency service was outstanding. Shandy was booked in and stapled up all under an hour. All the staff at Arthur Lodge were friendly, efficient and very caring. Thank you for looking after Shandy so well.

   If I could give zero stars I would. Worst vets in horsham. Neglectful, uncaring, failure of a practice and not to mention they caused my baby girl to suffer in pain with (highly likely) cancer, she needed pain relief in her final months, Knowing full well she was elderly, losing weight, toileting changes mainly bowels they still neglected her and deregistered her last Sept. Knowing full well I'd find it difficult to find another vet. So now it's legal action and getting this monstrous place closed down. I won't rest till they are and this feud won't end until they end.

   I am so very grateful and thankful to the vets at Authur Lodge Vets. I had an emergency with my cat last week and they got us straight in, looked after my cat and myself so well. We went back for a follow up today and they are so friendly and fantastic at what they do. Thank you.

   Disappointing. We moved to the area a year ago and have been totally underwhelmed by the customer service, quality of care, professionalism and waiting times. I have decided to move back to my old vet where the experience for my pets and our family is outstanding. This is such a shame. Come on Arthur Lodge, you can do better!

   Professional, helpful and friendly. Having been with the same vets practice for over 12 years we looked for a new one after they were bought out and seemed to become less reliable. We tried several but settled on Arthur Lodge as they gave us confidence that they really care about the animals, provide good, clear advice and appropriate treatment. Not too pricey either.
