Always quick and excellent service. Lucy is friendly and explains everything clearly in an easy to understand way. I especially like the fact that she does not try to add extra costs or suggest unnecessary treatments . The receptionist is also friendly and welcoming so the experience is great from the moment you arrive. Thank you.
The staff are really friendly and very helpful. We got an appointment quickly and as we have a dog who’s not good at mixing either other dogs, we were offered an end of morning appointment which was perfect. Really happy with Medivet at Broadbridge Heath having recently moved into the area and had to change vets.
Really friendly staff and easy to book appointments online. Julie was very efficient and good with my cats. Being seen ontime and not having them wait around (causing them more stress) is a great bonus and we have been seen quickly both times we have gone so far. Prices are not bad either and there is parking right outside.

Our very much loved dog Bella has been with Medivet since May 2024 (she is now 3years old) and compared to other vets we can honestly say this has been the best yet. Every appointment has been seemingly effortlessly to book and we are always able to get an appointment for a time that suit us. The team have always made it stress free as sometimes Bella can become nervous when attending appointments, but Lucy and the team have always put us at easy with their caring approach towards Bella and ourselves. Bella recently went for surgery on her pockettail and was referred by the team to a specialist surgeon who was amazing and she is recovering well. We cannot thank the team enough for all the support and dedication they have given Bella. They have been able to deal with the insurance company for us which was extremely easy at a stressful time and gave us time to focus on her recovery. We would definitely recommend this vets and their pet plan.
We have an elderly cat who requires monthly vet visits and lots of medication, and a young puppy. We have always found everyone at the practice to be friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. They care about our pets and this is obvious when we visit each month. We are given great advice if solicited and even when we forget an appointment (sorry) it is dealt with professionally and quickly and efficiently rearranged. Lucy is alway very gentle with Jasmine our senior girl so she feels nothing when receiving her monthly injection. Would highly recommend for a friendly, professional veterinary practice.

You honestly couldn’t wish for a more professional and yet so personal practice. Everyone is so lovely as well as being superbly qualified in their roles. I personally think the staff and the care they have shown to my animals is unrivalled by anywhere else locally. I highly recommend this practice with absolutely no reservations at all.
Always a warm welcome at Harvest Vets in Broadbridge Heath but most importantly I feel Archie (my lurcher) is in safe hands. Also, very caring when treating Archie. Highly recommend.
We are fairly new to using this particular vets, however, we have three gorgeous cats who have all made quite a few visits as of recent and every time the receptionist and vets have been so welcoming and friendly, they have gone out of their way to help us out even with smaller issues. Transferring them across from our previous vets was so easy and it’s really reassuring that all of our experiences at this place have been positive because of how great the team is. We are both really confident and comfortable with them handling our pets and feel they’re in good hands!
