Had to call in here for an emergency repair, they were able to fit us in on short notice and had the issue fixed in 5 minutes. Great service and very helpful staff
Do not recommend this place at all. I booked well in advance for a regular service, not even a few days later I am seeing lights on my dashboard that have never appeared before and had my car breaking down. These things have never happened to me before and the car isn’t even that old, definitely messed something up and from reading the reviews I’m not the only one! Clearly have no clue what they’re doing.
My experience wasn’t good for a qualified mechanic and mot tester because I’m a black guy they used to pick and choose what jobs to give I wasn’t trusted to do the work was being watched by one of the director all the time so I was very uncomfortable.
We use Steve and Fast Lane for all our cars servicing as they offer an outstanding level of customer service and are so polite open and friendly together with efficiency. They offer excellent value for money and a local garage always willing to accommodate. Well done to all the team.
2*, well, one thing they did excellent and fast plus no expensive at all, but on another they tried to rip me off in my opinion because another garage did job for more than a half of money saying that it is not a that disaster as I was told at all, maybe it depends who is in the garage at the day

One of the best garages around been buying car's of them for years and been looked after with repairs and services ever since kev used to be service manager but sadly passed away what a gent he was Steve has taken over since and yet again a lovely guy thanks
Took my car in to this garage as it was leaking fuel and had a damaged link rod. Was told it would cost 650 to replace the tank and would take 2 to 3 weeks to get it delivered from kia. I have since been informed you can purchase aftermarket tanks much cheaper. I was not told about this and had zero updates from this place about when the work would be complete. Rang up on friday to be told it was ready. 1 hour later they rang me to inform me one of the suspension springs had snapped and i had to pay for it at a cost of 170. I feel like i have been massively taken advantage of with this and their lack of communication is highly unprofessional. I will never use this garage again and will be advising others to do the same!!!
I always take my car here, good customer service. Not the cheapest but what is today!
