Absolutely love everything about this vetenary practise . The staff are just amazing , From walking in through the door you are made to feel welcome , and they love the animals . All procedures were explained and no question was silly . Very happy to have been referred to them to treat my fur baby .
Quick referral process. Took great care of my cat Binx after he broke his leg. Kept me updated during his stay. Surgery went well and now he’s at home resting and healing. Thank you so much for your hard work Joni and team!
Amazing practice, my dog was referred to them as needed investigation and eventually surgery for ruptured cranial cruciate in his leg. From the minute we arrived we were looked after, from start to finish we were treated with professionalism and care, nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Would highly recommend Anderson Abercromby and would not hesitate to use again if required.

THE BEST! I honestly have nothing but genuine praise and gratitude to everyone single member of the Anderson Abercromby team. We were reffered there when our beautiful girl Nellie was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia. Walking through the doors the first time I was going into the unknown, emotional and scared I felt so reassured when greeted by the lovely reception staff before meeting Cesar who was just incredible he was patient, he listened, he reassured me and when seeing Nellie with him I knew instantly she was in the best hands. On surgery day I was an emotional wreck the love and kindness shown by everyone was just beyond my expectations. Post surgery the absolutely incredible nursing team Lynsey, Charlie & Crystal were sending me photos, calling me and listening to my every worry. The care Nellie received and is still receiving is outstanding and I truly feel blessed that we found a team who loved and cared for Nellie like she was their own. We are now almost 2 weeks post surgery and so far so good. I have called a couple of times and spoken with Joni who again was just kind, caring, understanding and reassuring. From the bottom of our hearts thank you ❤️
Took my 10 year old dog Bailey for a TPLO. Cannot fault Anderson Abercromby! Angus did the operation and follow up consultations and was brilliant, straight talking and was happy to talk through everything with us in terminology that we understood. All of the staff there are brilliant and cannot thank them.enough. 5 star service and would definitely recommend x
Competent, kind and compassionate staff with a great sense of humour. The space is exceptionally clean and bright. This veterinary clinic is located on an active farm where the also rehab the animals. They provide a wide range of animal healthcare to a very high standard, this is clear. Your pet is in safe hands here.
What can I say, these are the best vets they have been so very professional with our Nishkas care & her road too recovery after completely tearing her meniscus & cruciate ligaments. After just six weeks our big girl is back up on all fours & has her lovely personality back. Thank you too everyone at Anderson & Abercromby for everything you had done for our Nishka xxx
Baldrick needed both his hips operated on. He had operation 5 months ago and is a different dog, so happy and full of life. Everyone at the vets were super friendly and I would highly recommend them. They also dealt directly with the insurance company which was a weight off our mind.
