He promptly called me, inquiring about my car's issues and instantly put me at ease with his honesty. Ricky arranged for one of his team to visit first thing Sunday morning. True to his word, the young man called to update me on his arrival and showed up right on time. He quickly identified the problem and contacted Ricky for the necessary parts. Their determination to help me was incredible; they truly went above and beyond to ensure I could get back on the road. Callum drove considerable distances to secure the required part, even amidst challenges in communication with the supplier. His commitment was unwavering. He encouraged me to enjoy time in the park with my kids while he worked on my car. A few hours later, he called to let me know everything was fixed. I cannot express enough gratitude to these two men. Being 200 miles from home and faced with the possibility of a £600 tow back was daunting, but their support turned my day around. Ricky is very thorough and professional going above and beyond what is the normal experience of using a garage and he is always totally honest and transparent, going over every little detail on my car as well as doing all the work to a high standard that I asked him to do and remaining in contact with me during the time my car was with him, sending me pictures and videos of any issues and work he had done to the car, so not only was my mind put at rest that the work was getting done to a high standard but I also know of the potential future issues that will need attention and will be going back to Ricky in the future to address those issues as Ricky will happily work within a budget prioritising what work needs doing ASAP and whatever can wait and be done in the future. Ricky would be someone I would not only happily but highly recommend, Specially for those people who may of had negative experiences or feel ripped off by other garages. I wouldn't hesitate to drop my car off and trust him to look for any problems and potential issues with my car and let me know what needs doing now and what can wait for a later date and leave him to do the work without question.

Bella Vehicle Solutions are reliable and honest, I used them for recovery several times when having trouble with my old car, the guy couldn’t help me enough diagnosing problems with my car after each breakdown, after losing my confidence with that vehicle I contacted them and brought a car from BVS which I’ve been extremely happy with hasn’t missed a beat and was very competitively priced. I would definitely recommend BVS to friends and family in the future. It’s hard to find honest people in the car trade from my experience these days.
