The team were friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me solve the issue rather than brushing me off.    These guys were fantastic - caught a flat on the A50 and hobbled to Uttoxeter Services. After 3 calls resulting in no we don’t have that size tyre, Jade answered the phone and confirmed that that they didn’t have it but could order and have it to us in 2-3 hrs. After a chat to confirm what we needed/was available it was ordered within the 10minute deadline and confirmed they’d call when on their way. True to form the call came 2.5hrs later and within half an hour the tyre was replaced and we could carry on our journey. Excellent service when they could have just said no, it was really appreciated to have someone willing to go out of their way to get us back on the road. Thank you!

   Broke down on the A50 with a flat tyre. Called BPS garage and they were really helpful even though it was a Saturday and they were due to close they managed to fit me in. Really appreciate the helpful lady on reception and the friendly mechanic who fitted me two new tyres. Reasonably prices , friendly garage and would definitely recommend. Honestly thanks again.

   A garage experience like no other. Very polite and accommodating from start to finish. The gap between start and finish was less than 24 hours and would have been less if I hadn't been at work. The bill would have been much higher at my usual place. BPS now have my future business.

   Excellent service and can’t fault them on price. Had some body work done as well as couple of tyres fitted. The quote they gave us was exactly what we paid and a lot less than quotes we’d had from other bodyshops. Work completed was to a high standard. Very happy and impressed with their service from start to finish. Definitely recommend using them. Will be using them again without doubt.
