   The lady behind the counter is useles. Called on three different occasions for quotes on different repairs, none of them three occasions did anyone get back in touch with me that's even after I've recalled chasing quote again. Will now not bother in future and take vehicle elsewhere. Business must me booming to turn away customers money ON THREE different occasions.

   Women on the phone was abrupt and frankly rude. She has no clue about mechanics and only quotes off a computer. I need a cam belt and oil pump doing on my car. The oil pump requite the cam belt to be taken off but they quote off a computer for 2 jobs not one. Why replace the cam belt full to then take it off to replace the oil pump. A little common sense is required. Wouldnt recommended them at all unless your prepared to be over charged for jobs I will be going elsewhere
