    Awful. Asked for someone to come and jump start my car (dead battery, due to none use during the lockdown) and then to do a service. Kept me waiting a week. Phoned again to book the appointment. Said they'd do it another week later and would phone before they arrive. Still waiting for that phone call a month later. Went elsewhere. Sorted in 2 days
