Great service, my car failed a Mot at another garage due to an indicator coding problem. I came to A1 and explained the issue, they then fixed the problem and didn’t charge anything which I didn’t expect. Really great team and for sure I’ll be using this garage from now on. The media screen in my Mini Cooper was broken. Tim from A1 Motor Services fixed the issue quickly for me. Much more competitively priced than the Mini Dealership too. Very friendly customer service from all the team. I would definitely return!

They told me I needed a part that could only be sourced through a dealership, which would’ve meant extra time and hassle. I gave A1 Motors a call and they had me in straight away. Within 15 minutes, they’d sorted the issue with no problems at all—no dealership parts needed. Thanks to them, my car is now ready to pass its MOT. Use A1 Motors for both my car and my daughters. Have had issues with my car since having a battery fitted at Kwik fit. They picked up straight away that the battery connections were loose and also ran a diagnostic check. Several faults were showing which they have cleared followed by tests to make sure nothing on the vehicle was draining the battery. So far all good. Excellent service from Jayne on the phone to Tim and Harry carrying out the work. Great team and highly recommend.
Brilliant service! Had my car towed there with no prior warning after I had a problem with my battery and they were able to sort it out and get me back on the round within 24 hours. Will definitely be using them again!
Engine management light came on my Merc ml250amg, called A1 who carried out a swift diagnostic test to reveal a Nox Sensor fault,they replaced the unit whilst encountering thread problems which they had to re-tap in order to secure the new Sensor. Excellent service and more cost effective than the Mercedes main dealer.
After going to another garage, and them having it for months without even looking at my car. I was recomended to A1 by a few people even my own dad. They Repaired my timing chain on my Audi, even tho they were really busy they let me have my car towed and stored at the unit, until they could get round to looking at and fixing my car. Could not fault their service and for the size of the Job it was reasonably priced. Will certainly be using A1 again! Great job, cheers guys!
