   Called in today Quite rude could not be bothered i tried to explain my issue I said I have a landrover as soon as he heard that he just said I don’t do JL vehicles end of conversation And as I looked up he was doing brakes on a landrover don’t make sense not a polite bloke it’s a shame I have quite a few vans / cars and looking for a new garage this place ain’t it

   Before I write this review I want to tell you that I am probably one of the most annoying customer ever but the team at ‘A and as’ autos can adapt to all kinds of customers. (Thank God ) A good mechanic is someone who is trustworthy, honest and knows how to communicate efficiently with their clients. They are good at identifying problems, repairing and replacing worn parts and never afraid of rolling up their sleeves to tackle any issue. This team here are second to none. Tony, Holly and Nigel have a wide range of experience that is clearly portrayed in all the wok they carry out. They deliver excellent customer service which is important as it puts your mind at ease. They are able to come up with the best and less expensive solutions considerate of your budget, always explaining everything thoroughly. Their problem solving skills are outstanding always coming up with the best solutions. They all are persevere with the task in hand even if they encounter unexpected issues. An amazing hardworking team that tick every box in every way . Reliable and understanding always with pleasant and positive attitudes . They all are confident in the work they do and are professional at all times . Tony, Holly and Nigel are the best mechanics I have ever come across with reliable outstanding experience.    Took the car in after having a bump in the Snow. Staff were extremely polite, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Even waited behind so that I could pick the car up for the weekend. good price for the work done and can’t recommend these guys enough.

   Suddenly my car warning light came on, something that greatly disturbed me as, due to limited mobility, I depend on the car a lot. A & S Autos were very professional while arranging a timed appointment on the phone, quick at diagnosing the problem and described that problem clearly and efficiently along with a follow up plan if that proved necessary. The bill itself was also reasonable. I would highly recommend their services
