Took my R53 Mini a while back and trusted Jeff to carry diag for a starting issue and other routine jobs for the gen 1 mini, oil leaks/ bypass valve etc and an exhaust upgrade. Car was then there for 2 months to try and sort a over heating exhaust. Service was terrible throughout, with no updates and me chasing most of the time. Jeff was out multiple times to pick up racing parts or at race events in the week whislt i was being fobbed off that the car was being looked at. Car has now got a boost leak and bolts are missing/rounded off, or different to orginal. For a mini specialist I was expecting much better. One to avoid.

I called these guys as I was in desperate need of a replacement bush for my new (to me) mini. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful and sorted me out with exactly what I needed at a very good price. I will be using them again

Took my 2013 MINI Countryman to this garage when it unexpectedly went into ‘Limp Mode’. Turns out it needed a replacement Crankshaft Sensor. Not only did they carry out this repair, they also cleaned out my washer jet filter upon my request at no extra cost! Very professional, down to earth and honest mechanics. Very, very fair pricing and surprisingly fast service. 10/10 all round.

We got the vehicle recovered there for engine light and non starter. After diagnosing we felt best course of action was to strip and rebuild top end of engine. Turns out the chain had jumped and caused common issues. The guys were top class. Advice given and the repaired carried out. Great price. Great communication. Just great all round. Trust worthy and highly recommended.

After breaking down due to a faulty fuel pump in a 2004 mini one, I looked for a garage to get towed to for a repair. I rang the team up at Stoke Mini Works and they told me to bring it down, within the same day it was ready to be driven away. Excellent and friendly team here, really helped us out in a desperate situation! Due to the service I received, I returned back to this garage to get some additional work done, track rod end, abs sensor, top strut mounts and a cv boot. Again, received excellent service and drove away the same days, will be using this place for future mini repair. Could not fault the service and staff, excellent business! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic, highly recommended. Needed valve stem seals replacing on R56 N18 Cooper s The price was superb and the repair perfect. There were some other issues that I decided to have done at the same time and these were sorted as well. Previously had the turbo oil feed line done by them as well. Highly knowledgeable and great people, I cannot thank them or rate them enough. if you have a mini I honestly believe it is the only place to go
