   I didn’t plan on becoming a Karen at the ripe age of 28 but here we are. Come here instead of my usual Seat garage and learnt my lesson. Start of November my rear sensors stopped working, a week after having my MOT done. My usual garage couldn’t book me in until the new year so thought I would try here instead. Called 14th November got the vehicle booked in. My car has extended warranty on so knew it wouldn’t cost me anything to get the work done. Turned up for the appointment, dropped my vehicle off. Didn’t even have my car two hours and received a call to tell me that they won’t cover my car because it’s been impacted and this voids the warranty. Funny that! Also news to me that my car has been involved in some sort of collision. My car is used only by me, is driven from my home address to my work address and is constantly on CCTV. When I questioned it the garage they told me that the diagnostics they used specifically tells them it’s been impacted. I work in the motor industry, I’ve already had this car plugged into diagnostics prior, I knew what the code said and knew this was a blatant lie from this company. When I questioned if they could be wrong they told me point blank no. Interesting. So I asked them to tell me the date and time this so called collision happened, when did the diagnostic code appear to tell them it had been impacted? They told me 18th November around 16:30. Now as I mentioned before my car is constantly on CCTV. So I pulled the date and time and there it is, my car sat there looking pretty in the work car park. Not a collision or impact in sight. Told them this, they still would not have it. I’m also impressed with myself that I have managed to predict a ‘impact’ 4 days in the future. I reported the issue the 14th but had an impacted collision on the 18th, unsure how I’m supposed to predict this 4 days in advance but hey I guess I must be a wizard. Anyways - despite multiple attempts of trying to show/tell them this is a mistake their side they still wouldn’t have it. Decided to call my original garage. They weren’t impressed said to bring it in straight away. Fast forward to today - my original garage has looked at the car. Told me at no point does it state the cars being impacted on the diagnostics. No sign of any damage at all. It went through to warranty, warranty agreed and I now have new sensors for a lovely cost of £0. Personally feel like this garage we’re trying to con me out of nearly £500 for the work and couldn’t admit they were wrong when I offered to produce evidence. The only bonus is I’m clearly a wizard but I’m still awaiting my hogwarts letter!

   Had a fantastic experience with Stoke Cupra. Originally enquired about a Seat Ibiza, but after a test drive I decided it wasn't for me. The Cupra caught my eye but was way over my budget. After speaking to Brad however, he managed to give me a fantastic deal on a new Cupra Born -- over £7k off! Happy days! Brad and Danny were fantastic and pulled out all the stops to make my experience as smooth as possible, despite the 15 million questions I asked them! They were very patient and when the car was on site, they made the hand over very seamless and stress-free. Would highly recommend Brad for his dedication and enthusiasm.

We had been in a few other cupra garages closer to home before driving an hour and half up-to barlow motors cupra and this is where Lewis’s magic came in The manager at Barlow motors is also a total delight and even took time out to follow up with a phone call to see how we are getting on Would highly recommend using these guys they will not disappoint

   Have purchased two cars from Lewis in the past month, both were seamless and stress free. He was polite and professional and nothing was too much trouble. There was a couple of minor issues post delivery with one car which were resolved quickly and hassle free by the service department as well. Thanks to Natasha for her assistance with that as well.    Friendly staff and not too pushy. We went to look at a seat tarracco and test drive one to compare it to the Skoda equivalent. All done without any fuss and we ended up buying one through Tony. Got the car earlier than expected and we were kept up to date throughout the sale. We spent a good day there deciding what to do and didn't feel pressured at any point. Very happy with our car and would revisit if we decide to change our other car.
