   Gemma and Nicki did a fantastic groom for our little blind Shitzu cross. She’s often quite jumpy after a groom but after the care Gemma and Nicki took, she came out calm and looking lovely! A very personal, tailored, caring service. Thoroughly recommended.

   Both my dogs attend Glossy Dogs with Nicki and Lou. The care and attention they give is wonderful and I know my dogs are in safe and caring hands. Each visit Nicki will go through the needs and of the dogs and if there have been any changes in them since the previous visit, adapting their treatment appropriately. 100% recommend this lovely team.

   Pepper is a lovely dog, but can be a little difficult about having his feet touched. Nicki is patient, professional and empathetic with him. He is always happy to come to Glossy Dogs for his bath and trim. I rate them as a great grooming service. Nicki listens to what you want and delivers a great service. Highly recommended. I'd like to add a special accolade for Nicki at Glossy Dogs who yesterday managed to clip Pepper's hind dew claws. This something that the veterinary nurse couldn't do despite Pepper being sedated! Nicki has a wonderful way with dogs.
