   We rang Andy at Richardsons about a BMW 330D Touring that was advertised for sale. He was enthusiastic on the phone and he made it an easy decision for us to travel the 70 miles to view the car. It was (and is) an absolute minter, directly from a BMW main dealer. One owner, every thing that ever needed doing had been done by BMW, and a good spec too. We were offered a test drive, unaccompanied if we wished. I'm glad we asked Andy along, he knows BMW's inside out and told us lots of details that we didn't know. Deal was done and he delivered it to us two days later for a token sum. We are really happy with Andy, the car and the service we received. Thank you very much, wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from Richardsons.

   Went down the shop a while back, not very professional at all, stood in the shop nobody batted an eye lid until I was about to leave.. they think there rough bikes are premium quality . It wouldn't be so bad if they actually cleaned them, looks like they have had the rejects from the bike shop next door

   Booked in for service and mot a few weeks ago to find out the MOT wasn't booked in and they wanted to leave my bike down there for few days to do a service . More like Mickey mouse service . Also with Covid being about , no signs , no social distancing , if you enter shop wear a mask signs, etc etc . In a nutshell avoid this place go some else who are more professional . P.S ... I didn't get wrong company lol
