Excellent customer service and every time. Car failed its MOT and they got my car back through the MOT with a pass and at reasonable price. Won’t go anywhere else.

Was a very good guy to me always sorted my car out.. then started ignoring my calls never replying or answering. So i started going further out of town as again it has been proved stoke is rubbish for everything
Absolutely awful. Place is a dump and it is clearly run this way. Paid for a full service and although was a good price, only received half a service. Got the car home and it starts leaking oil, took it back 3 times and the final time I watched him do nothing to the car, other than move it, blaming it on a hairline crack in the sump for which he was ready to charge me for, even though it would have been his fault. Ending up changing the draining the oil myself and replacing it with a GENUINE sump plug. Problem fixed so clearly the sump plug was the problem even though he said he changed it. Later discovered that the pollen filter was not changed at all. Ending up changing the air filter myself too - so I've not far given it a full service after it had apparently had a full one. Additionally the review from Anthony Grocott is fake, he runs this shambles of a place. All in all an appalling company - don't touch with a barge pole.
Very good they diagnosed my problem straight away and it was a good price I will definitely be going back in the future
